Joy is something we make, not something we find

I’m Jayne - Founder, mentor, and a wholehearted believer that the most meaningful things in live are built slowly, imperfectly, and together

Somewhere along the way, many of us put joy down quietly, without noticing to make room for everything we thought we were supposed to be doing.

This is a small corner of the internet for picking it back up. For the women rebuilding themselves the way I rebuild discarded things: with humour, curiosity, and a stubborn faith that what’s already there is enough.

J.O.Y. - JOURNEY OF YOU

The J.O.Y. project

A course, a community, and a quiet revolution - for women ready to reconnect with the parts of themselves that got busy, tired, or set aside

Through craft, play, and the simplest act of making, The J.O.Y. Project is an invitation to come home to yourself. No fixing. No performing. Just permission.

Taster Events

One-day, in person gatherings in Melbourne, A gentle way in - bring your hands, leave with something made.

The Cohort

Walk through it with others. Live sessions, a private circle, and the kind of company that makes the whole thing easier.

What I’m here for

Speak

On joy, on belonging, on building something from nothing, For events, schools and rooms that need a little warmth.

Create

The J.O.Y. Project, Imagine Re-Evolution, and whatever’s next. All of it build on the same belief: That everything and everyone has purpose

“I started Imagine Re-Evolution because I couldn’t shake the feeling that young people aren’t problems to be solved. They’re potential, waiting to be witnessed.”

ELSEWHERE…

I also run a not-for-profit.

Imagine Re-Evolution is a youth-led charity in Melbourne’s north-east, supporting young people aged 12-25 through intergenerational mentorship and creative upcycling programs. It’s the bigger context for everything you’ll find here.

PERFECTLY IMPERFECT

From the journal

Quiet reflections on joy, work, and the in-between. Written and spoken when I have something worth saying - and not before

Stay Close

A letter from me, every now and then. No noise, no marketing speak - just the things I’d tell a friend over a long walk
