J.O.Y. - JOURNEY OF YOU | LIVE COHORT
A six-week return to yourself
A small, in-person cohort for women ready to reconnect with joy through making, gathering, humour and remembering who they were before the world got loud.
Begins 15th July 2026 | Six weekly sessions | Limited to 6 women
This is for you if…
You can’t quite remember the last time you did something just because it brought you joy - no purpose, no productivity, no plan.
You’re good at holding it all together. So good that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to put some of it down.
You suspect the part of you that used to be make things, play, get lost in something - she’s still in there. You’re just not sure how to find her.
“I don’t need to be fixed. I need to be found”
What we’re building together
A practice A gentle, repeatable way to come back to yourself through your hands, your senses, your own quiet attention. Not a regime. A relationship.
A circle Five other women walking the same path at the same time. Real conversation, real witnessing, the kind of connection that doesn't fit into a comments section.
Something made By the end of six weeks, you'll have created something with your own hands. Not because the thing matters most - but because what it represents does.
The shape of it
When: Six consecutive Wednesdays from 15th July to 19th August 2026, 6:30-8:30pm AEST.
Where: Live in Eltham
Who: A maximum of 6 women. Small on purpose. This is a circle, not an audience.
What you’ll need: Just a sense of adventure and humour
Who am I, briefly
I'm Jayne, founder of the not-for-profit Imagine Re-Evolution, a long-time mentor, and someone who has spent the last decade quietly testing the same theory: that joy isn't a luxury, it's the way home.
My background spans accounting, positive psychology, and community work — but the through-line has always been people, especially the ones who've been told their softness is a liability. I made The Joy Project because the women in my life kept asking me, in different words, the same question: how do I find my way back to myself? This is my best answer.
“I was hoping for guidance and I found play and joy”
What people are saying…
“I’ve learned the importance of making more time for fun and accepting myself as I am”
“The J.O.Y. Project felt like a safe container where I was accepted as I am”
Investment
$400 AUD
What's included:
Six live 2-hour sessions with me and your cohort. A small private group where the conversation continues between sessions. A welcome gift including a journal.
Places are limited and offered first-come. If the cohort is full when you arrive, you'll be added to the next intake list.
Questions I get asked…
I'm not crafty / artistic / "creative." Is this still for me? Yes. In fact, especially. This isn't a craft course, making is just the doorway. If you can hold a needle, fold paper, or arrange flowers in a jar, you have everything you need.
I'm not sure I can commit to all six weeks. The magic is in the live circle - the conversations, the witnessing, the rhythm. Come to as many as you can.
Is this therapy? No. I'm not a therapist, and this isn't a substitute for therapy. The Joy Project is a creative and reflective practice — gentle, but not clinical. If you're in a moment of acute distress, please reach out to someone qualified to walk that with you.
Is the cohort just for women? For this iteration, yes. The J.O.Y. Project was built from listening to the women in my life, and I want to honour that origin. Future versions may open more broadly but this circle is for women.
How do I know if I'm ready? You probably won't feel ready. Most people don't. If you've read this far, that's information enough.
There’s a seat for you, if you’d like it.
No pressure, no urgency, no clever marketing. Just an invitation. The cohort begins 15th July, and I'd love for you to be in the room.
